·适用于工業鋁合金(jīn)型材,門窗.幕牆鋁合金(jīn)型材的圓孔、槽孔、鎖孔、異型孔等以及鋁型材的銑削、倒角、平面雕刻等工序的加工。

·主軸采用風冷電主軸,功率3KW,轉速0~18000轉/min,精度高、安全性好(hǎo)(hǎo)、可靠性高。

·運動副全部采用進口導軌、滑塊,X軸采用高度斜齒輪、斜齒條傳動,Y軸Z軸采用高精度滾珠絲杠傳動。傳動平穩,有效提高整機精度。

·工作(zuò)台翻轉180°-90°~0°~+90°,型材一(yī)次裝夾可以實現三面加工,加工深通孔(異型孔)時,通過工作(zuò)台翻轉實現深孔加工,提高效率、質量好(hǎo)(hǎo)。

·采用手動泵供油系統,刀具采用系統控制噴霧冷卻裝置。

·機床主要部件采用鋼結構全部經過時效處理(lǐ)。
